A retail landscaping brochure created for a prominent UK Builders Merchants.

The brief was to create a collection of their most important landscaping products in a punchy, colourful 40 page brochure that could be widely distributed among their customers and prospective buyers, which would stand out and create a memorable impression, whilst being a valuable resource for people planning their outside spaces..

The first part of the book contains their key paving ranges.

These ranges come from a group of different suppliers and they wanted to pick the best from each and present them under their own collections, so as to make the offering more their own.

For this we created specific collections that covered high, medium, value and entry level price points across the natural stone and manufactured stone paving slabs on the market.

The second part of the book carries all the bread and butter landscaping products including timber, fencing, decking and so on. Each section had its own colour scheme so that readers knew where they were.

We tried to strike a balance between including as much information as possible and not wanting to clutter the pages with too much stock. Something that is easy to do in a trade with such a volume of products to pick from.

The resulting book was a friendly, playful collection of products that was accessible to everyone but different enough to be memorable and create a positive impression.
